Richard and Nancy found Oscar in Cabo San Lucas. He was painting along the sidewalk. When we stopped to watch him, we were amazed. He was not using any brushes just his fingers, and using oil paints on tile. We had Oscar paint 4 tiles for us and would like to share them with you.
