Driftwood Bed

Richard collected the driftwood on a beach in Northern California . When he got back to his studio he went through it and picked out the pieces he could use. He started drilling holes and used wooden dowels  to hold the pieces together, after modifying and fitting it together he had it sprayed to remove any things that took up residents in the wood.  He re-fitted everything and used glue and screws to hold it together. He used a clear resin for a finish  to seal the wood.
