The best Salmon I have ever had. This portable open air restaurant is in the central market in Helsinki. They have giant wok style pans where they cook fresh salmon and paella. Richard had salmon, potatoes and salad with homemade dark bread. Nancy had a chicken paella to die for. They also sampled small white fish which you ate whole. The seating is fantastic. You grab a seat on the steps next to the water add a few good friends and go for it.
